Clicking into the Confluence search field (at top right) reloads the page

When some time after I opened a page, I click into the Confluence search field (at top right)  to type in a query, the page becomes white an will reload/refresh. So I have to wait a moment for the reload before I need to click again into the search field before I can type.

The reload will not happen if the page was only recently loaded (in the last couple of minutes or so).

I am using Confluence 7.4.3, Google Chrome, Windows 10. My work colleagues with same systems don't observe this behavior on their computers.

Anybody knows what this could be and how to stop it?

That's a strange behavior...

Do you have the same issue when using another browser or a Google incognito window?
Try disabling any plugins in chrome as well.

Thank you for your reply.

Actually, trying what you suggested I find that I cannot reproduce on purpose what I reported. Just opening a page and waiting a few minutes before clicking the search field, does not cause the reload.

When the reload thing happens again I will try to recall, what I did before. Will let you know.

Ok! Good to know it's not a permanent issue you're having.
