Children Display rich content like card

Hi, I need to display the child pages as a card, similar to the image. Please suggestions on how to do it.

The third-party app Refined Toolkit for Confluence Cloud has a macro called UI Children for Cloud which lets you choose between display modes 'list' or 'card'.
