Child page display shows outdated page names (same with manual hyperlinks)

Hello community,

since updating to Confluence 6.1.0, we have encountered a quite annoying issue multiple times. The basic problem is that a larger section of a space (a user manual with ten parent pages and a dozen child pages respectively) was initially copied using the new Copy-feature. The prefix "NEU_" was added and everything went according to plan.

Yet when we deleted the old user manual and renamed the copied pages, the problems started. It began with the children display-macro only showing the correct titles in its preview window but not after being published.

As nobody from the IT department was able to detect something unusual, I decided to tackle the problem from a different perspective and simply created manual headline-entries with hyperlinks to the actual pages. This lead to the same result (with the unexplainable exception of three references).

The following screenshot-montage might illustrate the problem better:

The image on the left depicts the editor mode. A bullet point-list of the page names is above, followed by the children display-macro. The image on the right shows the front end-view of both reference systems.

I have also tried using the source editor to specify the hyperlink-titles (and to avoid an automatic numbering) but as soon as I publish the page, all changes are reset.

Looking forward to some help, anything is appreciated.

Besten Gruß

Hi Florian,

maybe the search index is corrupted. I would first try to let IT rebuild the index & check if this solves the problem.

Jan
