Hey everyone,
I’m having a really frustrating issue with my Confluence billing. My Premium trial ended a while ago, but it did not switch back to the Free plan like it should. I tried multiple times to downgrade from the admin billing page, but every time I did that, I got an email saying a new Premium trial started again instead of actually changing to Free.
I thought maybe it was because I didn’t have a payment method added, so I added one — and then it charged me AUD 123 for Premium. I didn’t even use any Premium features after the trial.
I’ve already submitted a refund request but haven’t heard back yet. I really just want my site back on the Free plan and my money refunded. I’m a uni student and AUD 123 is like my whole week of groceries — I can’t just lose that because of a bug.
Has anyone else run into this? Or can someone from Atlassian please help speed this up?
