Changing the Default Welcome Message rendering issue

We have a custom ,,default welcome message'' page in Confluence. We are using the recommended method of using ,,Include page'' widget on a standard Confluence page.
We have a gliffy image on the page for links and that image is not rendering correctly, it's always abit blurry. Usually Gliffy images start little blurry but then rerender in focus. This is not happening. Any ideas if this is realated to the blueprint template?
