I have tried to follow https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/running-confluence-over-ssl-or-https-161203.html to change the SSL certificate and method of access from a proxy server to direct. I also followed the extra step(s) in https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Confluence-questions/Implement-HTTPS-SSL-on-Confluence-server/qaq-p/1378153 and I successfully imported the certificate that was provided by our hosting party into the cacerts file using Keystore Explorer. I have modified the server.xml file and updated the Confluence web address via the http://localhost:8090/ address to match the new web address and put a new zone into DNS to match the IP address of the server and external https web address which I can ping. I cannot access the new address either on the server or on another internal device web browser. This is running on a Windows server. Please help! Thanks :D
