There are two ways of achieving this

• you can modify PDF export CSS here https://yoursite.atlassian.net/wiki/admin/pdf-export
• you can install a dedicated app that allows you to customize PDF exports to your liking and create export templates if PDF exports are crucial to your workflow
  • Scroll PDF Exporter by K15t
  • PDF Export by Warsaw Dynamics
  • Content Exporter by Meta-INF

Out of those three, I only use the Scroll PDF Exporter, but you can give these apps a try for free for 30 days.

I don't want to pay for an external solution. And it is anoying that the changes are only possible for all spaces not for each space extra.

Could you check "Admin -> Look and feel -> PDF Export" section in Confluence?

I filled it with 

body,p,li,td,table,tr,.bodytext,.stepfield { font-size: 20pt; }

No changes.

This works for me, but only for the li-Tag not for the p-Tag.

Any ideas why?
