Changing Language for Password Set Up Mail

Hello Community,

I am facing the issue that I want to invite ten new users to our Confluence.
Our platform is in German and the users are non-english speaking.
However, when I create a new user and choose the option to send a mail for a self-set up of their own password, the text will be in English.
Is there an option to change that default language? The only option I found is the mail-template for a complete free registration of the user which we do not want to allow.
I want to be able to set up a user according to our user name standards and add them to their according groups but only give them the ability to create their own password rightaway.

Hi @Dominique ,

by default emails are sent based on the tool language. Please verify the default tool seeting under Global Configuration -> Language -> Global default language
