Changes made are not updating

I have a user whom is getting th error message below.

This is when he is updating pages in confluence. He has tried on and off VPN, and afew different internet sources

You might have tried all these but -

Here are a few steps the user can try:

 

  1. Clear Browser Cache and Cookies – Sometimes stale cache can prevent changes from syncing.
  2. Try an Incognito/Private Window – This can help identify if an extension or cached data is interfering.
  3. Check Browser Compatibility – Ensure the user is on a supported browser and that it’s up to date.
  4. Disable VPN/Proxy Temporarily – Even though the user has tried on and off VPN, confirm if any firewall or proxy settings could be affecting the connection.
  5. Test Another Browser or Device – This can help isolate if the issue is environment-specific.

 

If none of these steps resolve the problem, capturing a HAR file or network logs while reproducing the issue and sharing it with Atlassian support will help them investigate the issue.

Im waiting to hear back from the end user to try some of those things
its only this user having the problem
