Change the name of the base space?

Hi!  I was setting up a cloud instance of Confluence mostly for IT Ops, then realized that so many other teams could use it, however, I named the 1st or main space as IT Operations, and I'd like to change it to somethin a bit more generic, and therefore create the various teams/departments to hang off f it.  When I use the edit icon over the base name of IT operations, it just creates a subpage/space with that name..... help?!

Hi @Ryan Ahrens . When you refer to the "base" Space, what exactly are you referring to? Obviously, with confluence you can have as many spaces as you want. So your other teams could create their own space while maintaining your IT Ops space. Could you explain further?
