Change / customize default label for a given template

for e.g. when I create meeting minutes from "Meeting notes" template - it creates default label as "meeting-notes". When I create retrospective notes from "Retrospective" template - it puts default label as "retrospective". But I want to prefix project name before these labels - wanted to know how to do it.

Create an additional label with the preferred label. My advice would to keep the "Meeting-notes" or "Retrospective" labels as they're useful in grouping/organizing content.
