I'm trying to sign up a new Atlassian account with the the address admin@ewellness.fi and the emails to finish the account registration are not received at all. The email account is hosted on M365 and the Exchange admin center message trace shows nothing, not even in blocked or quarantined messages. If I send emails to the account from my other email accounts (Gmail etc) the messages arrive normally.
Yeah, I already created a support ticket based on the other answers I found.
