Cannot see the option "Sidebar, header and footer"

Hey Confluence experts,


On Confluence Data Center V9.2.19 I would like to set a space banner.
Space Tools > Look and Feel > Sidebar, Header and Footer

however the option "Sidebar, Header and Footer" is missing.

In my organization I am working with two Confluence instances both on same version (Data Center V9.2.19)
on the other instance the option "Sidebar, Header and Footer" is not missing.

why would this option be missing from the first instance? a configuration maybe?

ok issue resolved:
1. I was able to manipulate the URL taking the URL structure from instance that had the menu
2. I found that the menu was hidden via some code in Custom HTML

this question can be deleted or I can leave it here incase it can help anyone in the future with same issue
