Hi.
I have Confluence v7.12.3 perfectly working when suddenly started to show captcha for every user attempting to login.
As a logical first measure we updated to version 7.20.1 with a renewed license, but still the problem persist exactly the same. We cannot use Confluence from any terminal or user.
Can you advise please ?
Thanks
Jose
@Jose Pardo I have seen this occur when your authentication is using an external directory like Active Directory and the server looses contact with the directory servers. Once the connection comes back up then authentication works again.
Are you using an external directory services? If you are I would suggest reviewing network logs to see why the connection was lost to help prevent it from occurring again.
Hi @Jose Pardo
Do you mean all user keep having the captcha, including you ?
If you can log in, please flush the cache.
You may have faced this issue even if the version do not match.
