Cannot key in Code for invitation code of Confluence

"I received an invitation email for Atlassian Confluence. However, when I try to join and enter the code, I am unable to type English letters—only numbers can be entered. What should I do?"

Can you share with us a screen image for the screen where you are being asked to enter a code? If that is not being presented in English can you provide a translated version of the image, or past the text displayed in the image so I can run it through a translator?

I can think of two legitimate reasons why you might be prompted for a code.

The first would be if you had to create a new Atlassian Cloud account to access the Confluence system. In that case Atlassian may have sent a verification code to the associated email address and you may be required to enter that code to verify that you have access to the associated email account.

The other reason you might be prompted for a code is if two factor authentication is required, and you are being prompted to enter a code related to that.
