Hi, I am trying to install confluence on my site, but i get the message that I cannot install the app and need to contact support. Can you help me with installing Confluence?

Are you an organization admin on this Atlassian Cloud instance?
If you are not, reach out to the relevant user or users, or contact your companies IT department.
This forum is a public one, and the users here are users just like you. We can't access your instance to make changes.
This has to be done by the organization administrator of your Atlassian instance.
