Does anyone know what I am supposed to do to get access to Confluence/Atlassian? I am receiving this error message.
xxxx@xxxxx.com doesn't have access to Confluence on xxxxx.atlassion.net

I removed the site identifier information, as this is a public forum.
You need to reach out to the admins of the related Cloud instance of the IT department of the company.
On this forum we are users using Atlassian products, but we can't access instances.
