Cannot find define work button

hey, I want to update the status on my tasks, but I don't have the button to click and make a change to it. I already checked with other team members, and they do.

I verified the groups I am on and they are the same they are having, so not sure how to fix this

Thank you for the details @Raul Treviño So you are having issues with Jira workflow -

You can check couple of things -
- Check if you have Transition Issues permissions in the project. (Under project settings > Permissions)
- Check if you have any validators in the workflow that could be blocking you from transitioning the issue
- Check if the transition that is not appearing is configured with any conditions or properties in the workflow, that might be causing it not to be displayed.
