Cannot edit the name of an anchor link macro, the pop up doesn't appear

Hello,

I am trying to edit the name of an existing anchor link but the pop up panel that normally opens at the right side of the document doesn't appear. Nothing happens when I clink on the 'Edit link'.

The user that tries to edit this, is the one who initially created the document and its links years ago. But now this same user cannot edit these links nor create a new anchor link with the ability to change its name.

When I log in with another user the panel is shown and everything works correctly.

As far as I have searched, nothing is stated in the documentation about specific user rights on this, since the user has been creating content with full rights.

Why is this happening?

@Support Someone else had an issue yesterday where the macro editing panel did not pop out to edit a Table of Contents macro. Maybe there was some issue that has since been resolved.

Although I had tried that yesterday from 2 different browsers and computers, today it magically started working.

End of story.
