Very often, when I edit a page, the loading is unlimited, with a warning below:

2020-05-07_131432.jpg

After I restart the server, it works again. Then the problem will occur again in 1-2 days.

I just already tried upgrade confluence to latest version several times.

It's really blocked my team's daily work. Please help me urgently!

Thanks a lot!

Wayne

Hi @rein1124 ,

Enabling safe mode will disable all of your user-installed add-ons at one go. It is a good troubleshooting method to determine if an issue is caused by a third-party add-on or not. If it is, you can also easily identify which one is the culprit by enabling them one by one and observing when the issue occurs again.

Hi @Ollie Guan ,

Followed your link, I confirmed that you are right, the problem caused by add-on. Exactly, "Confluence Cloud Migration Assistant" caused the problem. After I disabled this add-on, everything works fine.

I guess it might be cased by connect issue when this add-on request for confluence cloud communication. Eventually, the issue resolved. Since I won't migrate to cloud in the near future. It's the perfect solution for me. Really thanks to Ollie!

Best regards!

Wayne
