Hi all,
I was deleting all spaces I had in cloud (from test migration) to prepare for final migration from on-premise to cloud. Everything went fine until I tried to delete one space and it got stuck. Progress was 0% after 1 hour waiting and remaining time was still growing. So I tried to refresh the page and then I got only "Page not found".
Now when I try to access space via url https://xyz.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/<space name>/overview I get only page where it says "You've stumbled on a restricted space" and I can do nothing.
Then when I go to Confluence administration -> Space Permissions I can see that space in Individual Spaces and I can "Recover Permissions". When I do that, I can access space again (only via url, it is not visible in View all spaces option.
But it is acting weird because I have access to that space only for couple of seconds and then it delete space permissions again (I can see that in audit log). I tried multiple times to delete that space again but it wont help.
In my opinion the very first job is in some stuck state. Is there any option to list all running jobs and kill it somehow?
Thanks.
Martin
Hi @Martin Stofko ,
have you tried to contact Atlassian support about this? I’m afraid you won’t be able to fix this without them.
Hello, yes I contacted them and they had to delete space from database. So now it is solved

And I forgot to add that I have been waiting for around 15 hours and space is still there.
