Cannot create site or space on free subscription

Hi, I created yesterday free conluence account, it took more than 2 minutes, ended with error ("our databases may need more time to synchronize"). finally I got invite by email, but I am unable to perform any actions such as create space or site. 

I also tried to completely remove organization, but I have Confluence product, that I cannot remove.

Can you please guide me on what I should do ?

Hi @ootbak 

Navigate to start.atlassian.com and check whether the confluence site is created

To add the product to existing site, navigate to Products section and add confluence in Admin (https://www.atlassian.com/try)

Thank you, yes, as mentioned it was created, just probably with bug that did not configure permissions to add anything to it. So I am able to visit my initial dashboard in Confluence, but I cannot create Site or Space.

The only thing I can edit there is Announcements

Navigate to admin.atlassian.com and see if you can navigate to the product and then add the appropriate permissions as user probably in Global permissions

Thanks, it solved it. I mean, as an Organization administrator I assumed I would have rights to create new Space, but it was not the case, I had to add myself to the confluence admins as a user. Finally it worked.
