Cannot create issue from Confluence page to Jira

Hi!

When I highlight some text in Confluence page, I can see Jira's icon. Then i click it and I see dialog window with error message

How i can fix this problem?

Hi @Zarifa Safarova , welcome to the community.

Does this apply to any project that you attempt to create an issue for or a specific project? It may be that you do not have permissions to open an issue in that specific project. Can you verify that if you attempt to create an issue within Jira for that project it is successful?
