When I am trying to add new users, I get the error message "something went wrong. Please contact support" (in German, but nonetheless).
I have not reached the free limit of 10 users yet.

Do you have multiple products, or just Confluence?
If you have multiple and you're adding a user to all of them - are any of the other products maxxed out?
