I have just imported a confluence space, and then when I try to access it via https://site-id.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/space-name/overview it says:
This seems a bit odd, since I am the one that just imported it. The owner of the account cannot access it either.
What to do?

Welcome to the Atlassian community.
How did you generate the export for the Confluence space?
Was the source instance another Cloud instance or a Server/Data Center instance?
Check the permissions for the space on the source system. What groups/users were granted access to the space? Do those same groups/users exist in the site where the destination Confluence instance exists?
If access was granted to specific users and those user's don't have access to your destination site and Confluence app, then you may be blocked from accessing the site.
Referring to the import into Confluence Cloud of a space exported from another Confluence Cloud:
https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/import-a-confluence-cloud-space/
This procedure will not import:
- user accounts, meaning it doesn't give users app access or add them to any groups.
<snip>
- any groups.
Any permissions settings (space or page) associated with groups will be lost during import, unless a group with the same name already exists in the destination site.
Try to access the Access settings for the space to see to whom access has been granted in the destination Confluence instance:
<yourBaseUrl>/wiki/spaces/<spaceKey>/settings/permissions/users
Your post tags indicate you are using a Free subscription. Is the destination Confluence instance a Free subscription? You may need to temporarily upgrade it to a Standard subscription so that you can change the access settings on the imported space to open it to the people who have access to the destination instance.
