Can receive notifications in confluence but cannot access any Shared files within team that I am a part of. Get a 'Page not Found'/'Do not have access to Page' error.
Can you provide a little more information about the issue and share some screenshots? Are you not able to access shared files in a specific page / space in Confluence? How are you getting to the team files?
