Cannot access my confluence site

Our confluence site https://crutech.atlassian.net/ is giving an error:

Page unavailable

Your Atlassian Cloud site is currently unavailable.

Please check Atlassian Status for known problems.
If there are no known problems and your page hasn't appeared again in 5-10 minutes then please contact our support team.

and we cannot access our data, can someone please assist or let us know what is going on?

Hey @Ben Robson ,

On top of what Fadoua said, your Org admin should be able to navigate to admin.atlassian.com and check the status of each app (including Confluence) under Apps > Atlassian apps and Billing. 

There, you should be able to see if there are any issues with a particular app or site under the selected organization.

Note that there are also regular maintenance windows for each cloud site that may affect not being able to access your site for a particular time (usually only a couple of minutes). 👀

On top of everything, your app or org admin could reach out to official support team (if you're on a paid plan) for them to help you troubleshoot the issue.

I am not seeing any problems with Confluence.

Let's give it until tomorrow morning see if the problem will resolve for you. I not we can request Atlassian's assistance
