Cannot access JIRA PLEASE HELP

Hi

Please help

Me and the following Colleagues cannot get into JIRA to access the BCTS Kanban Board:

Additionally, there are 2 Contractors who still do not have access to JIRA:

We cannot work and need urgent support for a resolution.

This is the Atlassian Community, we do not work for Atlassian and we don't have visibility into your company to assist with a request like this. 

I would highly recommend reaching out to your internal IT for Jira access. 

I do see that Jira is currently up so this is something your IT can fix.
