Cannot Start Confluence

Hello everyone!
I installed  Confluence ver 6.7.1 on centos 7
I started  daemon, it work well

But when I open  web-page in a browser I see a error

Cause

com.atlassian.util.concurrent.LazyReference$InitializationException: java.lang.IllegalStateException: Spring Application context has not been set
    at com.atlassian.util.concurrent.LazyReference.getInterruptibly(LazyReference.java:149)

caused by: java.lang.IllegalStateException: Spring Application context has not been set
    at com.atlassian.spring.container.SpringContainerContext.getComponent(SpringContainerContext.java:48)

What I need to fix?

I've uninstalled application and cleared all data.
After reinstall it is worked well
