Hey there. We’re looking to investigate the viability of using confluence to replicate the features of a sales deals rooms and content management software like Trumpet?

What we looking for…

  • Create template “rooms” that house specific content per buyer stage

  • We can easily copy these “rooms” and rename/rebrand them per opp/client

  • The content contained within would need to be easily accessible without any access issues

  • Ability to easily add new content to the “room” when required

  • Gain insight to whether the “room” has been engaged with and who

Thank you, would really appreciate any direction!

Hello

With what you have explained, I think that Confluence may be what you are looking for, because, as you well know, many people can edit at the same time, you can make templates that you can use as many times as you need and by having a history of each page you create, you will always know who has changed what, because you also have the versions stored even if it is necessary to roll back due to any inconvenience

Just keep in mind the type of licensing according to the number of users who use the tool and the issue of permissions

I hope I have been helpful

Regards
