Hi everyone,
In Confluence Cloud, we’re using the Page Properties macro on multiple pages and aggregating them with Page Properties Report.
We’ve run into a limitation around column ordering: the Page Properties Report seems to display columns based on the order (or appearance) of keys in the source Page Properties tables, which makes it hard to standardize reporting when different pages have slightly different table/key order.
What we want is a way to reorder / define the column order in the Page Properties Report, regardless of how the Page Properties table is arranged on each page.
Is there any supported way to set a fixed column order in Page Properties Report today (native settings, workaround, best practice)?
If not, is this considered a known limitation / feature request area for Atlassian?
We’re trying to keep reporting consistent across many pages/spaces, so any guidance (workarounds, patterns, or confirmation it’s not possible) would help.
Hi @Clara Vega _Simpleasyty_ ,
You can use the 'Columns to show' field in the Macro options for this.
Edit the macro, click on 'More options' find the 'Columns to show' field.
In there, type the column titles in a comma separated list in the order you want them to show.
Done!
Have a nice day.
Rik
