Can you recommend a form/data entry macro that will seamlessly render in Confluence app?

I want to set up an assessment form for doctors in training in Confluence (miniCEX, DOPS, Case-based discussion). I need it to seamlessly render in the Confluence app on iPhone / iPad.  Any macro suggestions?  Any Confluence users out there playing in the MedEd sandpit?

Hi @Ian Graham ,

This is currently not reliably possible.  It seems the Confluence app does not render all content, and Atlassian is changing the app regularly and testing features.
