Hi @Shobhit Dhadwal , I want to note that the Community forums is not official Atlassian Support. For that go to https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/ . With that said it sounds like maybe you have opened a support ticket? If so you should have received an email that referenced your ticket number and you can click the link to access your ticket and add a comment.
