Can you pin content in any way so that it is always the top result in a search?

Apologies if I'm repeating a newb question that is often asked.

I'd like to prioritise a definition of something above relating pages. Eg top result explains what an Elephant is, lower results pages are related to Elephant. Is there a way to achieve this such as a pin function I'm unaware of? I'm assuming not because I can't find it but thought I'd check.

That's the best we can do.  I have mine on a number of features I'd like to see.
