Looking to extract from Jira cloud board using Jira Cloud for Sheets and it doesn't seem to pick up the hidden custom fields. Can it be done
Works fine when I unhide it but I don't want it on my Jira ticket.

Is this about Confluence? Can you please provide a bit more info? Do you add a macro (Jira Issue) which you want to extract?
