I want to present a Zipped folder that contains X number of different documents that when a colleague clicks they are able to download the zipped file.

Is this possible?

Thanks!

Hello @Paul Gibbons !

You sure can attach a .zip file into Confluence. For this, you can use the usual upload process:

  1. Click the files & Images tool

  2. Select to upload file

  3. Select the uploaded file:

  4. Click Insert a file
  5. Check how it looks like your page while editing:

  6. Publish the page
  7. Check the published page:

  8. Click the file

If you click the file that is present in your page, Confluence will even preview the contents of the Zipped file:

At the top right corner, while previewing the file, you will have the download button right beside the close button!

I hope this clarifies how this feature works. Let us hear from you!
