Can you create an interactive graph in a Confluence page?

I am using Confluence to create my dev and business help center. 
I would like to create a tool that allows my users to have a projection of the amount of money they will earn thanks to my service. 

For that, I need them to input 2 data. Based on them, the graph will update (linear graph)

Is that possible to build such a graph in Confluence?

here is the formula: XX*VTP fixed*time

Unfortunately that's not possible. I would suggest to search the marketplace for an app (perhaps this one) or you can try creating one of your own using forge.
