My team and I lost everything we worked on in Confluence due to inactivity. We logged back in before the deadline. Will our content be able to reappear, or was it permanently deleted? We put a lot of work into it and do not want to start from scratch.
Hello @Bruno Ferreira
Welcome to the Atlassian community.
There would've been two deadlines.
The first would've been to login in before your subscription was deactivated.
After deactivation there would be a second deadline to reactivate your subscription before data was permanently deleted.
Which of these time periods were you in?
Did you login before the subscription was deactivated?
Or did you login after it was deactivated and reactivate it? If this one, how long after the deactivation did you wait to reactivate it.
As a user community, where users help users, we don't have access to directly find out if your data still exists. If you want an authoritative answer you could contact the Licensing team by completing and submitting the form at this site:

Hello, how are you? The email stated that I had to log in before 01/19/2025. I logged in on 01/16/2025, but I do not understand why all the work I did in Confluence has not been restored. What should I do now?

You should contact Atlassian directly for an authoritative answer. I provided guidance on how to do that in my first response.
