Can we use a combination of authenticated user settings and anonymous settings to lock down our confluence pages to only allow users who have Jira access to view Confluence pages?

@Akarshita Mahajan If you make a page public then anyone with the URL will be able to access it.  You options are:

  • Confluence licensed user - user able to login and see content that they have been granted access to.
  • Confluence public space or page - any user with url can view the page.
  • Jira Service Management (Confluence knowledge base) - Users in customer portal can view confluence pages but will have to be logged into the portal and will need to have access to the portal project that has access to the confluence space)
  • Use an app from marketplace - https://marketplace.atlassian.com/search?hosting=cloud&product=confluence&query=share%20pages
