I have a few things in my related to Atlassmind, anyone have any idea:
Hi @Hina Razzaq ,
What do you mean by an app level account? Apps have their own account, but this account is not charged as such (the app may be charged, but a free app won't charge you for the account).
Can we have a read only account for Confluence which can be used by multiple users?

You can have a Confluence account with "view only" permissions. Once you have this account, in principle many users can log into the account if you share the credentials.
You can also have a restricted space, and add you users to a group with view only permissions. Then multiple users have limited permissions in this space.

Perfect, It means if we have let's say 100 customers, we want to keep our knowledgebase private and share it with those 100 customers only. Can we create a view only account and then share it's credentails with them so that they can view the database?
Is it possible? If so, what is the pricing model for that view only account, as Confluence prcing model is user based.
Also if we want to create a sort of private community, would those (having view only access) can post queries in the community?

Also can you please suggest us any Atlassian Partner, so we can discuss our requirements in detail with them!
