Can't seem to view google doc widget on pages.

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
There's google doc links in my company's wiki articles and I can't seem to access it. Some of my other employees can see while others also run into the same issue(See image below):
I've checked my auth and I do have access to the actual doc being displayed on that page from Google drive. I'm just not sure why I can't see it previewed on the confluence page itself.
