Good morning

After I tried with a search and did not found anything similar I create my first post.

We are using confluence in the browser and on the mobile app. On the browser I see all spaces we've got when I go to the "show all spaces" section.

When I do the same on the mobile app I don't see them all. I see 8 out of 13 spaces.

I've got an Android Client.

Another User with a iOS Client has the same issue. She also see's just a part of the 13 spaces. And not 100% the same ones that I see.

Thank you for feedback and inputs.

@Pascal Niederhauser Hmm, not sure why, but it seems that when you click on View all spaces it actually displays all spaces you have access to, excluding all starred and personal spaces. I'm not sure why is it designed this way.

Can you maybe check if that's the case, or are you experiencing some other issue here?

Btw, I'm also on Android and using Confluence version 4.8.1.14.4080114.

Cheers,
Tobi

Thanks Tobi, good catch. Yes, when I unstar a Space, even my personal one I am able to see them in the all spaces section.

Thank you very much, that helps us to handle it or to live with a workarround.

I think that's noting Atlassian wanted to be like that, what do you think? Otherwhise the browser edition would be the same...

Any way to report it as a bug?

cheers

Pascal

Yeah - I'm not sure if they wanted it like that or not.

You could check open bugs/suggestions maybe (at first glimpse, I didn't manage to find anything related). A way to raise a new bug or feature suggestion is to reach out to Atlassian Support and discuss it with them. Someone from support them then usually opens a new ticket if one doesn't already exist.
