Can't save changes and lose the data

Since this morning (at 11:00 Beijing time), I have encountered a situation where I cannot publish articles. The prompt at that time was "Please refresh and repost." So, I continued working and during this period, I successfully uploaded many pictures. However, just now when the publication failed and I refreshed the page, all the content of that article was lost. I have lost nearly 12 hours of work!
