Can't recover admin access to Confluence 5.9.4

As result of implementing user's authentication through LDAP directory we've lost our admin access to Confluence 5.9.4. The several attempts to recover it in accordance to https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/restore-passwords-to-recover-admin-user-rights-158390.html article didn't help as we're getting blank Not Permitted page with [You are not permitted to perform this operation.] message on it. Any help on this is highly appreciated, thanks!
