Can't mention or or post profile

I am trying to create a team page but I can't mention or create a profile layout because it states there are no option.

Do you have invited other users in your instance? Did you start typing to see if you get any results?

Oh my, I feel silly. I just needed to start typing the names and I got it to work. I figured there would be a dropdown of names. Thank you! @Alex Koxaras -Relational-
