I uploaded a zipped export of a Confluence Cloud space to a new Confluence Cloud site and I am unable to see the imported space at all, even though it said it was imported successfully. How can I find the space I uploaded? I also can't try to redo it, since the "space already exists." Thanks!

Hi @megan_heikkinen

Welcome to Community!

You may not have access to the space so you may need to grant yourself access. I had to do this a few times but I can't seem to find an article.

I can't remember in cloud if you do this by going to admin.atlassian.com or the admin panel in Confluence, but there is a place in one of those two where you can go and see if you see the space there. If you see it there, there should be a button to manage permissions and grant you access again.

Alternatively ask someone else who you know previously had access to it to check. If your user completed the migration sometimes there are weird permission issues.

Best,

Clark

Hi Clark - thanks for the quick reply! I had an inkling it may have been permission related. I will double check on those and see if that resolves.
