Can't change the e-mail address to the previous one

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!

We added a contractor in our company group (using his personnal account) before.  As we have created our company e-mail for him, anfd ask him to change his e-mail to our company e-mail. After he changed it, his account status changed from "unmanaged" to "managed" by Atayalan. But on his account there are many other projects that are not related to Atayalan.
I can't change his email address back to the previous one from the admin panel. Could you help me with it? Thanks.

You will need to follow the directions on this page https://confluence.atlassian.com/cloudkb/change-atlassian-account-email-addresses-969508513.html#:~:text=at%20any%20time%3A-,Go%20to%20id.atlassian.com%2Fmanage%2Dprofile%2F,to%20find%20the%20verification%20message.  You will need to scroll down on the page and follow one of the three directions under the managed account section.  You might have to try all three as I am not aware of what your setup is.
