Can't add/edit a page for some users in my group.

Hi,

 

We're using Confluence Cloud and the amount of users is about 18.

Since this morning(about 9 hours ago from now), about 4 users of my group were not able to add or edit a page on Confluence Cloud. 

Their computer environment was Windows 10 and the browser was Chrome. We're located in South Korea and we mostly use Korean for editing Confluence pages. The speicific symptoms were like as followings:

1) Takes a long time to load a landing view of the editor 

2) Can't publish the page(but it's still there as drafts in my workspace).

I discovered that you created a case for the same thing in our support system. As a result, you contacted us to let us know that the issue resolved itself after some time. I'm happy to hear that.

My recommendation would be the next time you have this issue, when you raise a ticket with support, make sure to choose the proper priority level. For example:

If you were to leave the priority as Level 4, then the response time for this is 2 business days.

You can refer to the chart on Atlassian Support Offerings for further response times.
