Hi,
We're using Jira. Trying to access Confluence (first time). I click on Docs > Try Confluence now.
I keep getting the below error. We only have 3 users and I'm pretty sure we're on the free tier. I am the Organisation Admin.
Please help Atlassian. I'm actually trying to use you. Don't make me look for alternative products š.
If confluence does not appear in your Atlassian apps in Admin then u have to open a ticket to Atlassian support
https://support.atlassian.com/
Here is the public forum.
Hope this helps!
Hello @Domagoj Filipovic
Welcome to the Atlassian community.
If you go to https://admin.atlassian.com and expand Apps and then select Atlassian Apps, do you see Confluence in the list?
Have you previously have a Confluence subscription on this same site, which you cancelled?
You can get that message also if you had a Confluence subscription, cancelled it, and the cancellation process has not completed.
We are a user community and don't have access to look at your subscription information. But you can reach out to Atlassian Billing, Licensing, Pricing Support to get assistance.

Thanks. I contact their team via the link you gave me and got through to someone via the Live chat. The issue was that our confluence page had been delete a few years ago due to inactivity. They re-activated it and it all worked.
