Can't Navigate Beyond First Page in Restricted Pages List

As a Confluence admin, I'm trying to grant a user access to a restricted page in a space—even though I don't personally have access to that page.

To do this, I went to Space Settings > Content > Restricted to find the page and manage permissions. However, when I try to navigate through the list (either by clicking "Next" or a specific page number), I'm always redirected back to the first page. No matter what I click, I can't get past the first page.

Has anyone else encountered this issue? Is there a workaround?

I haven't experienced this (I don't have any playground instance which has so many restricted pages 😅)

Have you tried accessing this via a different browser? Also, are other users also experiencing this?

There's one reported bug which is related to changing the space key, which might result in this behavior: CONFCLOUD-81400: Rename space key and Unable to navigate between pages in the restricted pages 

You could also try to check it with Atlassian Support as they could access your site and see what's going on in the backend.
